My cat, Spidey gets into some trouble and experiences different emotions due to his hyperactivity as a kitten. He slowly sees how his behavior affects everyone around him and sees how that affects him. He discovers ways to be mindful of his body and to slow it down when needed. He also learns that there is a time and place to be silly and "hyper", and a time to be calm.
