Ex intelligence officer, Zoe Fields, disappears from the island of Cyprus and Craig "Coop" Cooper, her former partner, goes looking for her. The plot questions where Zoe has disappeared. It also questions how nine million dollars earmarked for Israel ended up in Iran and who assassinated the director of the Israeli Mossad to keep the answer a secret. The search for the solution is hampered when Coop finds he is the major suspect in the crime.
