There is a dire need today for good, strong, Biblically qualified leaders for God's people. it is after much prayer, study, and brotherly love that this treatise has been written, and sent forth with sincere prayers to God above that it may be of some help to both congregations who need a better prepared, dedicated leadership, and to individuals who sincerely want to improve their own personal abilities as they seek to better serve the God whom they love and wish to please. To those who may peruse these pages, we ask that you do so with much prayer, and never take a single thought from this treatise as gospel, without determining its truth and soundness as doctrine with an open Bible.
