Literature is the mirror of people. Women literature is may be have more qualities to represent people's life and time. This book covers a number of al Andalus women poets including Walladah bint al al Mustakfi, Nazhun al Qilaiyyah and others. The selection of this book in the process of Ihyaa al Turath al Arabi fil Mahjar (Rebirth of Arab Heritage in Diaspora) project, sponsored by the Arab American Encyclopedia, for the purpose of bringing knowledge of Arab Turath for young generations in Diaspora.
