Shadows of Tockland

Plague and war have ravaged the world, but tales of terror aren't enough to stop young David Morr from fleeing his unhappy home to join a traveling circus. Though he dreams of escape, he soon finds that life on the road is fraught with peril. Cities are overrun with crazed mobs of sick people. However, the real danger lies to the west, where the Empire of Tockland is on the rise. Unwittingly, David and his fellow performers find themselves traveling deeper and deeper into the heart of darkness, where sickness, madness, and tyranny collide in a brutal struggle for survival.
