Beskrivelse
While enjoying a fun day of swimming, a crawfish, minnow, and salamander discover that when it comes to friends, the more the merrier.
For author Terry Stone, there is no greater life than one spent in the country. While keeping busy with mowing the grass, planting flowers, and tending to her vegetable garden, she would often rest in nature and enjoy the sights and sounds of animals. At a loss for what to give her then five-year-old grandson, she wrote her first animal adventure story, and throughout the years, she kept writing. With her grandson now grown, she presents her first book on the importance of making friends.
In Shadley Valley Tales: Five Friends Go Swimming, three friends meet up to go swimming as they do every day in the spring where they live. But this day turns out to be different when they meet two other animals. Can these three friends make room for two more?
