The aim of this study is to analyze the recurring patterns and motives of sexual harassment in different professional contexts. To achieve these objectives, the methodology was based on documentary research and individual interviews. The results reveal a profound insight into the effects of sexual harassment on the respondents' professional and personal lives. The study shows that sexual harassment takes many forms, from inappropriate comments to unwanted advances, and is often fuelled by power dynamics.
