Sexual and Reproductive rights play an important role in the contemporary world, how to identify and prohibit illegal sexual practices such as child pornography and sex tourism ?, what role play networks of sexual minorities in countries with conservative legal systems?, what could be the legal parameters on self-determination in respect of maternity leave which makes it possible to abortion?, what common or divergent rights share all sexual minorities? Do States have the obligation to provide contraception for the adult population in general and also for teenagers?
