Beskrivelse

James A. Fragale got his start in New York with a by-lined Billboard Magazine column called "Music on Campus" and has enjoyed a career in records and journalism ever since. His has written four GQ cover stores (Richard Gere, Christopher Reeve, Hart Bochner, Ryan O'Neal) plus a "Pulse" column. His songwriting led to record productions (Melba Moore) and commercial jingles (Valerie Simpson on vocals.)

He has also written for People Magazine (Susan Dey), Writer's Digest (Buck Henry), Los Angeles Times and Chicago Tribune (West Virginia jazz-ager "Bricktop'" Smith), Newsweek on "humble coin," the penny, and five tough Huffington Post blogs.

Forward march, his first in a novel series, The Answer To Life was published, then another nine original song-ed CD with singer-composer Joe Lutton. His second novel, F.U. (Follow Up) The Answer to Life Revisited, received ten, five-star reviews. And now, drum roll...his third novel, Seventy-Six Trombones, subtly subtitled Life After Thirty-Nine Made Easy.

Writer-lyricist-producer James A. Fragale, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, studied journalism at University of Miami, Florida, earned an English BA, at Salem College. Anything left out here appears in "About the Author" in Seventy-Six Trombones, Life After Thirty-Nine Made Easy. We Promise.
