A series of seven uplifting meditations dedicated to children everywhere and to the child-heart in all of us as a way to help you recognize the beautiful gifts that you are and that you have to give back to the universe and to all of nature by being a best friend to yourselves and all of life. Meditations to greet the sun, to find out that the universe loves you, and that you are like the seed holding the whole tree inside you will grow into, learning how to make friends with yourself and with all life.
