Setting the Captives Free

Addictions have plagued our country. It used to be mostly alcohol and smoking, but today we can add numerous illegal drugs, prescription drugs, gambling, pornography, sexual addictions, eating addictions, video games, etc. It is likely that more than half of American adults are addicted to something. Addictions are a trap. They usually do not start out with any idea that in time they will consume one's life. Once trapped, escape seems impossible. Jesus came to set the captives free. Without God, we can never see true freedom. This biblical study is incorporates the twelve step addiction recovery, but goes beyond for a powerful deliverance and an abundant life provided by Jesus Christ.
