Sentimental Songs

'Sentimental Songs' is a collection of 100 poems written in the classical form which, in this case, includes many of the archetypes or variations of rhyme and meter pertaining to the genre. No poem exceeds thirty lines or exhibits less than twenty while exploring the nature of life and, indeed, creation from a mainly mystical point of view. Many are the songs which are sung, and the questions asked, amidst a sentimental or nostalgic state of consciousness.
