This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th International Symposium on Security in Computing and Communications, SSCC 2019, held in Trivandrum, India, in December 2019. The 22 revised full papers and 7 revised short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 61 submissions.
