You are Damned if you do and damned if you don't. Secrets are a very difficult field to tread. Lies, deceit, cover ups and not necessarily guilty and or innocent ones. It really depends on fate. A lie can cover the truth and vice versa. It all adds up to deceit. You must lie to cover the truth. Is it better to tell the truth? Read on and you choose the answer. Have you ever lied? Lying is a burden that you carry with you for whatever reason. Your liability is judgement upon yourself. If it ever came out, then judgement on others. The ghost of untruths follows you till death. When you are alive it eats you up inside. Does Gerty come to terms with any of it? The burden of her past is her whole life. The innocence of making the wrong decision.
