When a man is shot on the steps of the British Museum holding an ancient Egyptian relic, 15-year old Sasha Fine and new friend, Johnny Marlborough, are propelled into an adventure that will take them to the dark heart of Egypt. Arriving in Luxor, they discover the ancient treasures from the tomb of cursed king Sethmosis have been stolen by a pair of pharaoh impersonators, "Ramesses" and "Nefertari" Striker.
