Second Sight

A young boy from a well-off and well-established family, Canis Avellus lives an unusual life already.  But he has no idea that he is about to discover that he has mystical powers, nor that he would soon gain so much, and lose so much too. 

Discovery after discovery, and a limited understanding of the world he has newly discovered combine to create a very unlucky set of circumstances, exacerbated by a mysterious presence that causes a dark shadow to be cast over his life. A shadow that will soon do some very concrete damage. 

He believes that he has lost much that he holds dear…but has he?
