In the 17th century the little Caribbean Islands-Anguilla, Nevis and St. Christopher (St. Kitts) were chosen by England for the first experiment in the design for sugar and cotton plantations for profitable trade. England needed workers. They brought slaves from Ghana. It was a dangerous time in history - especially for slaves!
