A business trip to South Florida to handle a real estate transaction leads to murders, arson and a battle over who will find a long lost treasure in the Florida Keys that may not exist, but still has drug runners, homicidal hookers, Cuban American fascists and former members of Haiti's Tonton Macoute killing over it.
