Science and Technology Diplomacy, Volume I

This is a summary report of the conference "Science Diplomacy and Policy with Focus on the Americas." The conference was held from February 22 to 24, 2017 in Tucson, Arizona, near the University of Arizona main campus, and was organized with the support of its honorary chairman, E. William Colglazier, the fourth Science and Technology Advisor to the US Secretary of State. In the conference proceedings, composed of approximately 150 pages, each presentation and panel, along with their respective question and answer sessions, are transcribed.
