Scepter of the Fire Cat

The direct heir of Adavinya, young Prince Ralson, is stolen and lost to most. Over one hundred and seventy Circles have passed. Legends and myths abound. The Other has done what it can to keep the chaos in movement, yet there is one who watches. Trel, a groomsman in the king's service and companion to the king's son, Prince Linnell, reads the fire and is accused of treason. As an outcast, his betrothed, Lady Nori, is given to another to marry. From the far west, strangers appear. They are of yellow skin and almond eyes. Myths and legends become real. A strange cat, never seen before in the land, is running with the Junglecat and the Snowcat. The Snowcat is only seen in the winter; as is the Junglecat only seen in the summer. A realm bandit, Rizell, makes friends with the strangers from the west. A wizard trying to control the king and future king. A strange woman of the forest known only as Lady Teloive. All are bound together in the search for The Lost One.
