Meaningful communication appears to be on life support. I'm not sure if the dilemma is because so many are uneducated, unaware, or simply don't care. Regardless, the ability to communicate effectively in business, socially, and personally is rapidly becoming another fond memory from the good old days. If you even marginally agree, this book is a must read.
