Mikhail Aizenberg's poems articulate a personal response from the perspective of countercultural alternatives to the erratic climate of the political global warming of Russia's past two decades. When the cultural history of Russia's turn to the twenty-first century is written, the epigraphs will be drawn from Aizenberg's poetry.
