Welcome to the Grand Bay Resort Newly hired Regional Vice President, Richard Cheshire, has just arrived to inspect Corporate's premier property in northern Michigan, but he knows there's a lot more at stake than just proving that he can do the job. Grand Bay Resort's Executive Housekeeper, Kimberly O'Neil is still trying to find a "new normal" for herself and her two daughters more than a year after losing her husband. To make matters worse, Kim's longtime mentor and General Manager has decided to retire and guess who he has recommended to take over? But first Kim has to survive an inspection from the new RVP, whose name seems oddly familiar.
