Harper Bradshaw grew up in the suburbs of Savannah, Georgia, where she desired to be the best person she could be until her mother walked out on her and her father, leaving Harper to care for her drunken father all of her childhood and most of her young adulthood. She was forced to work with the hand she was dealt with and thrived well o the police force until her world clashes with Dominique Parker, forcing Harper to make choices she never dreamt of making.
