Our common enemy is the devil, not our fellow human being. He attacks through his demons to make us feel hopeless, oppressed, depressed, rejected, and lost without purpose. He craftily manipulates his way into our lives to attack and inflict us with sicknesses and diseases, causing pain, suffering, and destruction to lives, jobs, and properties. An author of confusion with his subtility, he attacks individuals, families, churches, societies, and nations. If Satan can tempt our Lord Jesus Christ, oppose the gospel, and do anything that can prevent people from being saved, we should do all that is in our power to combat his devices. The good news is that Jesus came to set the captives free.
