The book deals with an overview of safety representatives to provide a safe work environment for quality medical treatment to patients in the hospital to improve health-care services in the hospital industry. This overview can be supplemented by more specific training and specialized advice for workplace-specific information. The main aim of standard operating procedures documents for safety hazards is to shift the responsibilities of health-care professionals to health-care systems so that the blame on health-care professionals is reduced related to medical errors.
