A slight change from the original Sacrubery Woods in terms of a few word changes. The term "Sacrubery Woods" means "Sacred Woodlands," about a wilderness full of wonderful and mysterious flora and fauna in a world called Gladis. The people are small, bold, and outgoing creatures called furzees. At the heart of the sacred woodlands lies the most spectacular waterfall, which, to furzees is like coming to the most holy place. This story transcends time and culture. This world was paradise until deceitful invaders creep in. These invaders caused families to feud and once peaceful weather patterns to become disastrous. Will peace once again be restored? Justice and mercy do have to meet at the foot of the waterfall, and one furzee has to lay down his life if the world were to know peace again. For children ages 7-12, but adults would also love the allegorical themes woven throughout.
