Runes of the Knowing Heart is a system of using the Norse runes for meditation, reflection, and self-inquiry. According to Cerule, this inner tradition of rune play for spiritual growth is ancient and has always been a part of runic heritage. In this system, the 24 Norse runes are used as harmonic portals to the experience and expression of divine love.
