Roots and Wings is based on the author's personal life journey as a pediatrician. The purpose of this book is to point to science and spirituality as the unifying forces of the world, since both aim for universally acceptable and useful truths. Science and spirituality are our wings. Our roots come from our family, society, culture, and traditions.
