In the book Roe and Wade, the history of the roe v Wade ruling, the overturning of the ruling and the presenting dissenting opinions will be dissected in detail. The overturning of the Roe v Wade statute has brought about a lot of chaos especially from women who believe it is their human/women right to abort an unwanted child. The court on the other hand does not accept the legalization of abortion and this leads to dissenting opinions. Various states have decided to personally be for or against the legalization of abortion. As of today 25th August, about 14 states in the United States of America have made their rulings.
