This book owes its inspiration to the planning notes that were used to develop, a two hour training session for owners of small and medium sized businesses. The sessions in different locations had positive reviews from most participants for a number of reasons. First, they wanted it kept simple and free of ambiguity. Second, they loved it delivered with short topics so that the two hours were value for time. Participants, also wanted a practical chance to discuss all the business risks mentioned, in the program. This was achieved through a case study session in small groups. This forms the last chapter. In all, twelve business risks are covered.
