"There will always be the wonderment of a little boy or a little girl inside each of us." - Santa Claus
When Robbie was nine years-old, in the year 1960, he wrote a letter and mailed it. The Post Office never delivered it. Fifty-seven years later, the United States Post Office delivers Robbie's belated letter by dropping it from a United States Air Force weather plane at the North Pole.
Creasy the elf retrieves Robbie's letter addressed to: Santa Claus, North Pole. Giving the special air mail delivery letter to Santa; Santa delivers to sixty-one year old Robert, on Christmas Eve, exactly what he asked for when he was nine years-old. Robert is physically too large to enjoy the Christmas presents he always wanted but his adopted three young children, Nicholas, Barry, and Kara, are just the right size.
Robbie's Dillydally, Willy-Nilly, Shilly-Shally Letter to Santa Claus is an entertaining look backward and forward to that little boy or little girl always inside each of us.
