I have talked with so many older adults who feel that they are just too old to make the changes necessary to improve their health and enjoy a better life. Many feel they just don't have the energy left to do it or that they have let things go too far. Sometimes they feel guilty and even think that they deserve to be sick - like it's some kind of punishment.
At 78 years old, I am an example of someone who, in later life, made these changes, and has reversed several major health issues. You can too, and I will show you how.
