Reverse Discard

Emotional abuse and reverse discard left me baffled.

This book is about making a conscious decision to close a chapter

of one's life, as a final resort. A chapter that turned out to be beyond

salvation.That despite this fact, one's life as an individual, is far from over.

That you are not defined by a certain role you play, or the opinions of

others at any given time but indeed by who you really are as a person,

at your very core.

Unless you rediscover who that person used to be and realise that you

too are worthy of loyalty and respect, you will forever be searching for a

role to play.

Roles dictated by individuals and the society we live in.

Roles which make us lose ourselves as individuals.

Roles that have a distinct tendency to destroy who we are.
