Resting in His Reality

Have you ever asked yourself, Why can't I find peace or rest? Doesn't God promise us peace and rest? The truth is God has a place of rest for us and it does not begin with heaven. It begins with Him right here and now. I want to take us on a journey that tours through the Bible visiting many different truths and characters. During this seven-week study, we will examine in-depth Isaiah 11:2 and what each of the virtues listed about Jesus means for us as a believer. The Spirit of the Lord The Spirit of Wisdom The Spirit of Understanding The Spirit of Counsel The Spirit of Might The Spirit of Knowledge The Spirit of the Fear of the Lord I pray we will grasp hold of the truths before us and begin resting now and not looking to a far off rest.
