Rest is Best!

Rest is Best! - introduces children to Dzogchen through the practice of resting the mind. It is an ode to self love written by Ziji Rinpoche. Through being gentle with oneself we discover self compassion, from which flowers compassion for all. Through resting the mind, for short moments, many times, we reset and take care when stormy feelings are stirring.
