Beskrivelse
In recent decades, the concept of resilience has generated a great deal of attention and research in the field of Social and Human Sciences. This perspective is recognised as valuable for its possible applications in the field of health, prevention and education, as well as a theoretical contribution for the elaboration of strategies to be developed in the family, school and community spheres aimed at recovering the health, dignity and human condition of people immersed in situations of adversity. Resilience is emphasised as a product of a dynamic process between protective and risk factors, which can be built, developed and promoted from the family, the school and the community. The aim is to develop effective coping styles in difficult situations.
