Justin Queller loves being a rescue agent for the Wild Animal Protection Agency. He's living the life most people dream of in a Central Coast of California small town. Perfect weather, catching rays while surfing, and rescuing beach mammals: what more could he ask for?

Kylie Mortinson is studying marine biology at California's prestigious state university. During one of her assignments at the university's research pier, she finds a wounded baby seal trapped between some rocks. When Kylie calls the Wild Animal Protection Agency for assistance, she's instantly attracted to the rescue agent. What she doesn't expect is for him to ask her out on a date.
