Faren Davey is not your average every day private eye. You know those folks in the world that sell their souls to the devil so they can do something extra special in life? He's the one that brings them in. The time comes when everyone has to pay their debts. Davey has a mission to bring in three men, but they're not going to go easy. And first he's got to find them.

One thing leads to another and Faren finds himself mixed up in more than he bargained for. When his investigation unearths some dangerous secrets and mistakes made, he's left to pick up the pieces. While maybe it's true that a demon can't necessarily die, Faren has got to find a way to escape a fate that could be much worse than death.
