DCI Buchanan is on administration leave and is staying at Castlewood Country Club. He'd seen his wife and daughter off to France on the ferry and now planned to spend the week relaxing, reading, horse riding, and sipping his favourite single malt; and come hell or high water nothing was going to get in the way of that.
