This journal was inspired by my first nephew, friend, and counselor. Mr. Andre L. Scott is the founder of A. B. L. E. Vision Counseling and Consulting Services with the headquarters located in Pittsburgh, PA. This phenomenal and unique counseling service produces real life change through practical application of professional psychological principles, confidentiality, self-actualization, love for people, and community. Each page will assist with navigating through each session to express how you feel upon arrival, and how you feel after embracing life changing principles from your counselor. You must begin the self-actualization process. Write down what you will put into action for positive permanent change.
If you are not in the Pittsburgh area, Release Your Heart to Freedom is also for you. If you know your thought patterns are off, begin to talk and write to get it off your chest. When you talk and write, it can begin a flow from your heart to a listening ear or this special journal to release the past or present issue. I want you to walk in your freedom. There are many events that weigh heavy on the mind that cause post-traumatic stress disorders. This book is also for my military and civilian friends. Freedom begins in the mind to your heart and flows to your actions.
