In the year 2000 the news of the murder of sixteen year old Lucy Anne Potter rocked the small quiet town of Rosewater, OR. Twenty years later confessed murderer Kenneth Olsen took his own life one day before his release, leaving behind a suicide note proclaiming his innocence.
