Scholars from the U.S. and abroad explore the 'contact zones' that originated from the clash and/or syntheses between the U.S. and Latin America. Divided into four sections, this collection focuses on themes such as 'Contesting the Canon,' 'Mapping Latino Voices in the United States,' 'Postcoloniality in Autobiography' and 'Nationalism in Contact Zones.'
