When Michelle (Mikey) Richardson was left her great-grandmother's plantation, Sea Oaks, outside of New Orleans she thought it would be a great way to start over. However when she saw how ran-down the plantation was she thought about selling and leaving the restoration to someone else. However, she knew she couldn't leave it.
