Realizing Happiness

This journey was originally about me, born from a particularly frustrating, worried, confused, and angry time in my life. It is a product of my journey and reflections on the Self Work, Choices, Habits, and Actions that life has required of me to be a whole, happy person in today's world.

Now, this book and the journey are about you, the reader, bringing your brand of happiness into reality. As you read and follow along with my reflections and answer the self-check questions after each entry, you will realize that you carry the answers to your happiness within you.

My brand of happiness has evolved through my personal faith and trust in God. This affects how I have communicated my realizations here in this journey. Your reflections and responses to the self-check questions will reflect your own value system and beliefs as your personal brand of happiness begins to reveal itself to you.

As you take this opportunity to dig deeper into yourself, realize that your brand of self-work, your choices, your habits, and your actions either add to or subtract from your happiness. As you reflect on and find your own answers to the self-check questions, be empowered to navigate your happiness with greater clarity.
