My husband and I started with a net worth of about $200,000 in 2017. Now, just five short years later, our 2022 net worth is well over $2 million. We had been unsuccessful for the first 55 years of our lives, trying to invest in the stock market, mutual funds, and insurance. This time we wanted to invest in non-paper assets, something we could see, touch, and most of all, something which would eventually generate income for us.
I wrote this book so anyone with minimum experience - but with the discipline to live below their means and put their money to work for them - can have the same real estate success!
