Reading Researchers in Search of Common Ground

More than a decade ago, Rona F. Flippo set out to find common ground among experts in the much-fragmented field of reading research. Over a 10-year period, she conducted her groundbreaking "Expert Study," investigating what 11 eminent literacy scholars with diverse philosophies could agree to regarding contexts and practices for teaching reading. Reading Researchers in Search of Common Ground follows up and expands on the Expert Study, reinforcing and supplementing the evidence of common ground in the reading profession.
