Beskrivelse
One of the men that ministered with Peter and whom Peter discipled was John Mark, the writer of the Gospel of Mark. If you really want to know the gospel Peter proclaimed, read Mark, who wrote down Peter's words. Some historians claim that Mark was not an eyewitness of the events of Jesus' life. Other scholars think he lived in Jerusalem for a brief time. He was certainly friends with Peter, and he certainly let Peter down. Mark was a young man who evidently did not have a father in his life, but Peter came to him and said, "Listen, son, I've blown it myself." We stumble, we fall, we get back up. Mark left a legacy for us today. What do we actually know about Mark?
