Rastas the rat and the Hounds of Broomstick Way

The Gypsy dance is on! The rats change houses once a year and it's that time again. Rastas and his family are moving into Broomstick Way but lookout for the dogs. And what's with the note that the last rat left, warning him to beware of the dogs and the mafia rat at the local dump?
