Beskrivelse
A study of the most important figure in the early development of Christianity in the Roman Empire. The book argues, against some modern conceptions, the Saul of Tarsus (the apostle Paul) preached a very radical message that set him at odds with the brother and the early disciples of the historical Jesus. Principally, the book argues that Paul was very positive in regard of women in the church, that it pressed for freedom of slavery, and that some of the documents in the new Testament are forged letters in the name of Paul.?
